We recently stayed here as part of our Thousand Trails membership. $20 on top of the membership per night seems a bit unnecessary based on the location and sites. The only extra benefit we saw was the availability of cable TV. The grove sites were closed due to no power which limited the site availability. The campground is also located in Deep South Miami in the Redwood Agricultural District. It’s a drive to get to tourist areas if that’s what you’re looking for. The plus is Biscayne and Everglades National Parks are both fairly close.

There's plenty to do at this KOA. We had a primitive tent site, which we noticed not all of them are the same. Site #1 had a table & grill. Ours had neither and Site #3 had grill no table. Site #4 had table no grill. I stopped looking past that. It was pretty quiet and only heard people on the loop trail late night/early morning. Bath house was a modular that could be cleaned and not all the doors locked so you took chance of being walked in on. Overall it's not bad for the price

We had great stay, would come back. Everything is very clean. We did enjoy the hot tub and the pool, wish we stayed longer. Its a quiet place, everybody on the campground were friendly. Tennis, volley-ball, basket-ball, fire pit and more.

everything was relaxing and my kids had fun, the staff was great and everything was conveniently close to the resort .the only thing i wish they had was a 2nd shift front office person that can run the convience store. the store closed at …

We love being greeted by Allie the Gator dressed for the season!!! We've enjoyed this campground 4 times in the last two years and give it a high rating. The location and layout is what we love, along with all the lush vegetation and old trees! The staff is always ready for us, and the men who have escorted us are extra friendly and patient. We enjoy being able to receive mail so easily here and not having g to pay $5 for each piece delivered like TTO does. Thank you for this service. All the best to your team and thank you TT/ Encore for another great park for us all.

This resort needs a lot of repairs! So many problems- inconsistent water, power, cable, condemned kids house, run down mini golf course, cracked walking path, painting and repairs on many of the buildings, ripped screens, broken locks, …

This is a nice little RV park. It is located in the farmland of Florida and seems closer to Homestead than Miami. The location was not super close to anything, but that didn’t bother us and made for a more genuine outdoor experience. The amenities are excellent and the other campers were very friendly and welcoming. There were plenty of scheduled activities and things to do. Some spots are nicer than others, but overall there was plenty of room. It would appear that this is an old KOA facility and it could use some upgrades to the bath houses and shower facilities.
